Bias Awareness & Hiring Diversity

How technology plays a role in your company’s growth or failure

 

Class agenda

 

  1. Introduction to the class exercise and its follow-up homework for credit. Homework: Video interview completion by every student.
  2. Breaking up the class into 4 to 5 groups (enable collaborative decision-making and group scoring of candidates)
  3. Review interview questions, 4 to 5 different real-life candidates answering each question. Total of up to 20 unique videos to be reviewed and discussed.
  4. Q&A and open discussion on the future of employment, hiring, and gig supported economy.
